  My car was Totaled. Two months later I am still being billed to carry insurance on the car even when title was transferred to Alstate. The office insists the claim is still open. Not sure why I am paying insurance on a car I no longer own. No help from the office at all. Refuses to return my call

  Wow I liked to give a Big shoutout to Whitney Poole my Licensed Insurance Producer, she was GREAT! Whitney is extremely knowledgeable and kind also extremely patient. She answered all of my questions. Normally I don't make it a habit of switching companies but she was able to convince me on why I should. This is my first time being with Allstate and I hope they are as great as she is. Thanks Whitney for all your help and guidance and staying on top of ensuring we had the conversation because I was thinking strongly of changing companies, so if your in the market ask for Whitney Poole, I will recommend her to anyone looking to change their Insurance Provider, Thanks Whitney Poole! :-)
