  I can’t say enough good things about Vanessa Harris! I called with an unusual insurance issue that even State Farm corporate couldn’t resolve, and I was worried I’d be stuck getting the run-around. Vanessa stepped up and was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was kind, courteous, and funny, making the whole process incredibly easy. Not only did she handle my situation with professionalism and care, but she also turned what was starting to be an extremely stressful experience into something surprisingly pleasant. I would highly recommend Vanessa and the entire team at Lisa Elkins-Reuter’s office any day! Keep up the incredible work!

  I’m sorry it took me this long to get back and give you this critique on my experience with Beatrice. Beatrice is an old school name. It reminds you of a time when people were polite, enthusiastic about their jobs and had a heart to help others! The young lady that bears this name showed all these qualities plus many more. Courteousness, and the desire to help others through their work is in heavy demand and in short supply. You are blessed to have her working for you! Also her mentor Vanessa awesome as well!!
