  Unfortunately. I haven't received a.t customer service when Needed. Several years ago the customer service would rate a 10... But since the change in ownership things are not the same. No return calls after leaving Several messages. I really don't ikes to leave this type of feedback. But I fell it was Needed. Hoping for a change in their customer service.

  Rude! Don't answer the phone if you don't have the patience to speak to people that genuinely needs assistance

  I dont recomended. Dont get allstate. Even policy been terminate they will keep send you bill and say is due. Which is ridiculous. But is anything happens in that timelime l am sure they wont cover you.

  I had a very serious accident and not only did they refuse to acknowledge their error on my policy, I am still paying for the vehicle 3 years later! Do not trust this company's employees.
