Just make sure the payment is actually taken if ur on auto payments because they charge $30 for a missed payment and then try to tack on a $500 cancellation policy. I didn't even know payment hadn't been taken. No emails. No phone calls. My bank didn't notify me. All i got was a "you owe $500" email. I did call them and it was sorted but better communication if your dealing with people. Other then that. The I have full coverage and all the add ons for cheaper then most liability

- MJMercury JonesJun 4, 20191.0Local office is fine to work with. I was with Allstate for 15 years. Over those years I only a 5 or 6 tickets. Last year I was in an accident. I was ruled at fault when another car hit my car door that was already standing open. I was gobsmacked at this as I had always been told that anytime you hit a stationary object you are at fault. They raised my auto insurance from $130/every 6 months to $596 /every 6 months. That is a raise of $466 , a 358% increase. The other driver also had Allstate. What is the point of having insurance if you basically end up paying for the full price of the accident through raised rates. I've switched to Farmers, at $127.53 /every 6 months.

On top of helping me pick out the right policy and helping me FINALLY understand what all the lingo means, he is super friendly and provides prompt service. I've never had such an amazing experience with an insurance rep, and I've gone through a bunch of them. I won't be leaving Andy with Allstate anytime in the foreseeable future!
