She responded to us quickly, explained things in terms I could understand and worked so quickly to help us secure insurance before our 21 day close. She coordinated with our loan officer and loan processor to make things run smoothly. Also she would reach out to me with any updates even when she was out of office (my bad Julia!) I truly wouldn't want to work with anyone else-Julia is the best!
