  Before this company changed ownership, I had great difficulty. Now it is an absolute dream. They are super professional and prompt. No forgotten calls, delays or problems like before. Sara has been awesome! So helpful and kind! I have all my policies with them - auto, home owners, umbrella and contractor insurance for my business. Their prices are great and service even better. I highly recommend!

  Last Friday, I called with questions about my policy, specifically regarding different amounts that have been withdrawn from my account since September. Unfortunately, the answers I received were inconsistent and unclear. I asked to speak with you directly, but the receptionist informed me that a supervisor would return my call the same day. I never received that call. I then sent a follow-up email and received a response from Claudia asking me to call the office. When I did, she was in a meeting, and another representative insisted on assisting me. However, I was still unable to get clear answers to my questions. In addition, I felt repeatedly interrupted and spoken over during the conversation. This has been a recurring issue in my interactions with the office staff, and it has been both frustrating and disappointing. I was advised to contact corporate, which I did. I also requested that my file be transferred to another office. The representative I spoke with there provided excellent service. Additionally, I contacted another office in San Leandro, where the receptionist was able to review my account thoroughly and clearly explain the charges and policy details. This was especially concerning, as your receptionist had previously told me she could not review prior months and could only discuss renewal information. I have been with Allstate for many years and have never experienced this level of difficulty or dissatisfaction. I value clear communication and professional customer service, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience with your office. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as my intention is simply to ensure better communication and service for customers moving forward.
