I had a question about how claim works or about the policy of the claim (because she is listed as our agent) not about the status of my claim and she just gave me the number to call. Atleast try to hear what the member have to say. Sounds very rude as well. If she’s assigned as your agent, please change it right away. This is the second time I called her and she WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.
