  I have been with Allstate Insurance for 23 years and have had Lisa Yen as my agent for most of that time. Her team is always willing to take the time to understand my specific needs and ensure I get the best possible pricing. Today (April 7, 2026), I called to discuss adjusting the coverages on my auto policy and spoke with Willa. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After running various numbers and configurations, she was able to reduce my bill by over $500 for our four drivers and four vehicles! I highly recommend giving Lisa's office a call if you are looking for great insurance at a competitive rate.
