The local agent, Javed Ansari, shifts the blame to corporate, offering only excuses and lamenting the difficulties of dealing with the Allstate corporate office, without making any effort to resolve issues. To make matters worse, the Allstate corporate office provides no support to the local office or agent. Additionally, the prices are excessively high, and the reasons for them are never clearly explained. My experience was extremely disappointing, and the excuses given by Javed Ansari were insupportable.
