I have emailed them to cancel my policy without any response for nearly a week. I have called in to ask to cancel my insurance and they say that I need to email them. Then I call them again to cancel this and they refuse to help me without a policy number, which they are unwilling to help me find. At this point, I will be taking legal steps against this company as well as filing consumer protection claims against them. Do not get insurance from Val Deleon.
