  I had great experience with the Kim Trang Nguyen Allstate Office. The staff were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took time to explain my policy options clearly and helped me find the best coverage at a reasonable price.   If I could get negative star, I would. She talked my family into changing to use her service (car insurance). She promised a cheaper price looking at our paperwork, which we immediately dropped our plan and come to her. I originally used a different agent but same company which was clear from the data I provided to her. Turned out she couldn’t become our agent due to having Allstate altogether (the company didn’t let this happen), she didn’t apologize, tried to hide this information and blamed it on us. We wasted so much time and fee for her. She promised to make it work and when she eventually did, the price was way higher than our previous plan. The last day, she even raised her voice at my mom, saying Vietnameses only like cheap stuff which is irrelevant. You don’t promise one thing and do something different and expect people to be nice to you. If you’re looking for somebody who lie to you and are irresponsible, this is the person you should go to.
