  If I could give this place a -10, I would! Their employee whoever Maria is. I contacted this company and this person over a month ago letting her know when my current insurance would expire. I told her when I needed to have insurance. I did everything step-by-step as she needed. And she said she had to go out of town and when she came back, she would notify me to make an appointment to have my car inspected so we can wrap up the policy. So I don’t hear from her and I noticed the date. So I reach out, she calls back and accuses me of waiting a month since our last email correspondence to be the reason that they cannot write up my policy. And my last correspondence with her was not via email it was on the phone, but she doesn’t let you get an a word edgewise as she is trying to excuse the fact that she dropped the ball. She’s not willing to accept blame. And then she wouldn’t let me speak to the owner of the company. I guess this is the type of service that they do cover up their mistakes blame it on the customer. I do not recommend this company for anybody! And as I just read right now, are the reviews I guess they’ve done this before. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before I reached out. And I honestly didn’t think that they would do this when I’m in need of insurance and my other insurance is expiring. So overall I would never ever recommend anybody to go here not even my worst enemy! Like I said -10.

  Was a customer for 20+ yrs, zero late payments, great driving record, and only 1 small claim yrs ago (less than $1000). Received notice my rates have increased from $3200yr to over $6000yr for same policy. When called they said it was happening to all Californians. What a sham! Needless to say, I will not do business with a deceitful, gouging company. 5/1/2023. Got another policy with competitor at $3000 yr. - same coverage.

  I really appreciate the way the Lozon agents provide a more personalized experience than other agents I have used in the past. They take my individual needs and concerns into account and treat me like an actual person and not just an account number. In a world where we are forced to handle so much on our own through interactions with websites it is such a relief to have real, kind and helpful people handling my insurance needs!

  This local office provides excellent customer service. They stepped in to help me navigate a claim that was complicated & they followed through as my point of contact.
