- SSStacyMay 5, 20191.0Tldr; Allstate cares more about their bottom line than their customers. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! I had a claim that went unresolved because Allstate insurance couldnt get in touch with the liable party. Allstate refused to help me and instructed me to take the liable party to court myself in order to get the damages paid for. Make sure you have FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE (comprehensive, collision, etc.) otherwise they'll be sure to NOT help you at all. Worst experience ever. I always pay my bill, they always manage to take MY money but couldnt manage to help me when I needed them to come through? Pathetic. The ONLY reason why I'm still insured through them is because I'm still paying for the damages to my vehicle. However, I plan on switching insurance as soon as I get a new vehicle. Definition of a terrible insurance company. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to affiliate with Allstate Insurance.
