  Under no circumstances should you engage with the office of Javed Ansari and/or Allstate. The local agent, Javed Ansari, shifts the blame to corporate, offering only excuses and lamenting the difficulties of dealing with the Allstate corporate office, without making any effort to resolve issues. To make matters worse, the Allstate corporate office provides no support to the local office or agent. Additionally, the prices are excessively high, and the reasons for them are never clearly explained. My experience was extremely disappointing, and the excuses given by Javed Ansari were insupportable.

  Agents are Always very helpful when I request information that I dont find on the Allstate website, all responses are in a timely manner.

  The agent was very pleasant and very helpful and did everything that he could to see to it that I got the insurance that I needed so thank you very much
