- JLJeene LeahyOct 17, 20251.0David was aggressive and overly interrogating today 10/16/25 when I requested to cancel my auto policy with his company. He was rude and kept demanding me to provide my new Insurance company declaration in order to cancel my current policy with him. He stated that it was the required by law, this is a lie. Because I wanted to cancel, I went ahead and forwarded it. He’s just rude and aggressive on the phone and desperately tried to stop me and said all these negative comments about Geico. I do not recommend his Allstate insurance company for that reason.

My family works with Josh Tofig and we have numerous policies with Allstate. Josh reviews our policies frequently, looking for ways to save us money, which is greatly appreciated. He is also only a phone call or e-mail away.... in fact, he once responded to me while he was on vacation! I continue to be impressed by Josh and everyone on the Tofig Insurance Team!
