- SSshari sheridanAug 10, 20201.0We have been with Marion for over 30 years. We had a water damage claim a year and a half ago and are still dealing with this. They hired the worst cheapest contractor to do the work and we have had nothing but problems. We recently had a leak due to the Contractor and a mold issue now. We have had auto insurance, homeowners insurance, general liability, inland marine, commercial auto, several life insurance policies and this is how he treats us after over 30 years of business. He won’t return calls or emails or help us as our agent in any way. We are not in good hands with Allstate. Probably time to wash these hands. So sad because we considered him a friend and a good person. So sad to see what is happening now. I will definately make this post good if things change
