  Julianna has been very helpful and prompt at returning phone calls! I am a 24 hour caregiver and at times, unable to take a call. However, Julianna has been very considerate of my situation and calls me at the time requested. This is the main reason why we chose to stay with Statefarm! Talking to a live person, getting prompt responses, and the personal interest is something not seen now a days. Hence, why we appreciate all the help Julianna has provided! Thank you!

  When is insurance a pleasant experience..when dealing with a real person who is available, responsive, very knowledgeable, engaged, efficient, and very pleasant..this was my experience dealing with Rachel at State Farm. Easy, quick, effortless..answered all my questions and best of all is having the peace of mind that if something happens that I need something i have someone I know I can call and count on.
