We been in this insurance for 4 years now and it has been really tough with their lack of communication and instant termination of policy without letting us know. I have never seen anything like this before. I went to office today and a few times before to fix our policies and they add unnecessary costs and stress. There are much better insurance policies out there and will never come back to this location at ALLSTATE.

We felt lied to and taken advantage of by these two ladies here. Now we have to scramble to find a new policy, not to mention how much unnecessary things we had to pay for!
