- OOOluwasegun OniJun 15, 20241.0If you are not Chinese, please don’t waste your time calling talkless of walking in. I walked into their office and for good 20 seconds, no one looked up from their seat to greet nor welcome me. I thought I was invisible, I had to go back outside to look at the sign post probably I was in the wrong place but I wasn’t. This is the worst office environment I have been in my entire life. Please do your insurance somewhere else. I won’t sugarcoat this, they bunch of racist. This is bad for Allstate. I went to transfer my insurance to my new car and at the end of the day, I cancelled my insurance because of their animalistic behavior.
