  My familia completa esta asegurada en esta agencia , los cuales son muy amables, BILINGUES, y ofrecen cubrirte tambien algunas millas en parte de Mexico , por eso los preferimos, estamos cubiertos mientras visitamos a la familia, Y por tener varios carros asegurados nos han ajusrado el precio, AMPLIAMENTE RECOMENDADOS, Al Renteria y todo su equipo.

  I was with them for 32 years, then I realize if I go to Geico y save 300 dlls every 6 months plus better coverage for my cars

  Been with this Allstate for more than 10 years. Not very helpful when it comes to telephone follow ups. I don't call often, but when I do it's rather important. Their agents will tell you, "I'll check and call you back", and they never do. This happened perhaps 3 times to me within the past 12 months, it's unsatisfactory. And then I show up in person to follow up about the call-back, they will attempt to excuse themselves with the "there was too much work", "I was sidetracked" or "you didn't answer" Bs. No matter what excuse, I appreciate honesty more than inflated language. Lastly, it's disappointing when I'm told by an all-state agent that my case will be reviewed and I will receive a follow up with a call the same day and then be left out, it's one if there is no agreement.. but you tell somebody that you will do something and never do it, it's sad because you were the person who set that expectation for yourself and don't even have the willpower to follow through on your own statements.
