- PBPat BibbyFeb 8, 20262.0The people are very helpful and have extensive knowledge about insurance. However, the customer’s internet platform is terrible. Ultimately, I have to call one of the agents to get even basic information. Like most insurance policies, they are unreadable and the prices go up by a large percentage every year without the agent discussing options with the customer. If you’re on autopay, you are stuck. I hate to give Egan such a low rating because he’s probably better than most. It’s the general lack of transparency in this industry’s business model that is frustrating. If this is not intentional, it would be an easy fix.
