  Honestly, I do not know much about this company but Carlie is so helpful and thinks and step forward beyond her duties to comfort customer, she is really an asset and would like to take away that quality from her .

  I want to make us abundantly clear, My policy got canceled and is not reinstated over $45.87. I had started a new job and I was waiting on my next paycheck. I could’ve borrowed that money from ANYBODY if these guys had just been honest & told me that there was a deadline from which there was no way back They withheld that info, which makes them pretty reprehensible as a business. I’ve heard some terrible stories about State Farm insurance in California but now I got to experience it firsthand thanks a lot guys. I trusted you and your agents.. People stay far away. I would’ve sung their praises have they not done this. I have documentation to prove all of this is accurate and real so if anybody wants to hit me up, please do I will be happy to share it with you I had recently changed jobs and there was a weeks delay in me getting paid Chris Ferraro and his team failed and failed in a major way because all they said my policy canceled to get it reinstated. They did not tell me that if I didn’t get it reinstated by a certain date you could never be reinstated again and when I brought this up to them, they said I’m sorry we’ll make sure we mention this and you know our future dealings with other customers, I think that is probably the lowest of the low they could’ve said this at any time and they didn’t. That is reprehensible business behavior. .

  I’ve had an excellent experience working with Carlie Brown. She is incredibly quick to respond, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Carlie has been an absolute delight to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding service at State Farm!
