I want to make us abundantly clear, My policy got canceled and is not reinstated over $45.87. I had started a new job and I was waiting on my next paycheck. I could’ve borrowed that money from ANYBODY if these guys had just been honest & told me that there was a deadline from which there was no way back
They withheld that info, which makes them pretty reprehensible as a business. I’ve heard some terrible stories about State Farm insurance in California but now I got to experience it firsthand thanks a lot guys. I trusted you and your agents..
People stay far away. I would’ve sung their praises have they not done this.
I have documentation to prove all of this is accurate and real so if anybody wants to hit me up, please do I will be happy to share it with you
I had recently changed jobs and there was a weeks delay in me getting paid Chris Ferraro and his team failed and failed in a major way because all they said my policy canceled to get it reinstated. They did not tell me that if I didn’t get it reinstated by a certain date you could never be reinstated again and when I brought this up to them, they said I’m sorry we’ll make sure we mention this and you know our future dealings with other customers, I think that is probably the lowest of the low they could’ve said this at any time and they didn’t. That is reprehensible business behavior. .
