- DDDimple DimpleSep 7, 20231.0I was with them since I was 17 years old(more than 20 years)when the office used to be off San Juan. It got sold or changed 3 times with new agents office moved too but I stayed with them. The new Danny Day team has been horrible in answering calls/responding. My insurance this time went extremely higher with no explanation no accidents or claims. After finally getting response back last month and quoted by Jocelyn for better price I went in person to do paperwork and she told me no she couldn't make any changes and she thinks I would be better going with another insurance company as they might offer better price. Talk about customer value and care. I miss Charles and David my previous agents. Both of my previous agents and their teams knew me by name from my car to business event insurance used to take care of me. Anyway I did go with another insurance company that gave me same coverage at better price and good customer service.
