    I actually don’t know what I would be rating... I just pay my insurance bill and that’s all. I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone and when I finally do, that person can’t help and they transfer me all over the place. Not sure of what an insurance agent is for? Claims department takes forever to return phone calls and messages and you are not in good hands if you get in an accident especially if it wasn’t your fault. Truthfully and respectfully.

    Over all, I think The service has been great! The only thing I have question with Allstate is that why my rate never goes down when it based on driving experience and accidents free. Year after year, the rate goes up instead of goes down. I would think that if a policy has been opened for certain years and there isn’t any accidents report at fault, I would think the rate should drop but not in my cases.
