  WORST experience ever. This office is very unprofessional. Anyone can call and make changes to a policy w/out being the account holder or having Thier info. I was NOT asked my D.O.B my ss# my phone # my address NOTHING yet they still allowed me to make changes t ok the account. All Thier conversation are recorded and so the proof is there. That being said you ARE NOT" In good hands with Allstate " at least NOT with Matt or his team. I filed a complaint with Allstate and they basically said " We will take notes on this TY for your complaint. That office allowed changes to be made to my account from an ex WITHOUT my knowledge and now that I totaled my car they will NOT pay. AGAIN the proof is on the recording they did NOT verify who they were speaking to
