- KBKaren BuitragoJan 3, 20261.0I can't even give one star. This place is unbelievably inconsiderate and unprofessional. They never answer their phone and when you do get them they do not follow thru on their promise to get back to you. My insurance was cancelled without my knowledge due to them not submitting the appeal they said they would submit. I had to call allstate corp to find out they had dropped the ball. I had been called them weekly, leaving messages hoping to find out how the appeal was going. They never responded. Then I went on the app and discovered my insurance was cancelled. All because my son was on the policy and moved to a different address. I had had the insurance for 6 years and all 3 of my vehicles were cancelled. Run from this place ... You are not in good hands!!
