  Just moved to California and attempted to get a quote from this office for car insurance as I’m a current Allstate customer in another state. Before being asked any questions, Andre quickly stated “just to let you know at this office we’re currently not writing any policies without home or renters insurance included” which is clearly an attempt to upsell to writing multiple policies vs just one. If Andre had any sales abilities or tact he would’ve been able to ask discovery questions and eventually mention the fact that having bundled policies offers discounted rates & could perhaps be a better fit cost wise but instead he chose to be unprofessional and blunt. He took what was a layup of a sale as a customer of Allstate already and instead ensured that I won’t be going with Allstate ever again. Please get Andre some training so he doesn’t cost you more potential customers or look into hiring his replacement.
