- K1Keeping it real 100Apr 10, 20231.0If I could give 0 stars I would been an Allstate customer for 18 plus years spoke to Julie or Julia on the phone she was rude and I’ve been paying monthly installments on our auto insurance she tells me today that I have to have all 6 months paid up front trying to say I had canceled insurance, I’ve been late a few times but always paid plus the late fees. And insurance wasn’t canceled,I will be taking my business elsewhere it’s a shame to be treated like this given me and my wife have been customers for many years.. bye!!
