  3/6/2026 星期五我之前的Allstate Agent因為退休而我2026年2月保費被自動扣款卻並未收到Policy documents ，從Google 網路上找到這家，下午3:30前往詢問如何得到紙本的documents，一進門一位工作人員叫Sunny真的非常非常的友善，不僅幫忙打電話給Allstate且立刻列印出可以放車上的保險證明，也感同身受的瞭解Allstate的電話不怎麼方便使用，就留她個人手機並告知以後有什麼需要協助的地方直接發簡訊即可…，我真的有被感動到，在保險Agent滿天飛的情況下能有如此佳的員工，她值得被褒獎。

  Extremely Disappointing Experience with Joanna Lu's Office I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at Joanna Lu's office. After experiencing poor service and extremely slow handling from my previous insurance agent, I decided to seek assistance from Joanna Lu's office, hoping for a more professional and supportive experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were completely shattered. Upon arriving, I was shocked to be refused assistance by a staff member. The reason given was utterly unprofessional and unacceptable: they claimed they could not help me because they had a close relationship with my previous insurance agent. This blatant refusal to assist a client in need is not only unethical but also reflects poorly on the integrity of the office. Insurance is a critical service, and clients rely on agents to act in their best interest, regardless of personal relationships. The behavior I encountered was unprofessional, dismissive, and entirely contrary to the standards of customer service one would expect. I strongly advise anyone considering working with Joanna Lu's office to think twice. If this is how they treat clients seeking help, it raises serious concerns about their commitment to providing fair and unbiased
