  I was grateful to found this office that staffs very help & knowledge in insurances for quick help & explained to me very clear about my auto & home insurance. So I decide to request this agency to serve my policies.

  Not returning phone calls, ignoring customers, saying that i am in a good hands!!!! you are not going to believe it, no one cares and you will be abused as i was abused.

  I have been a loyal customer of Allstates for more than 10 yrs and have always been pleased with their services until now. I was recently involved in an accident which left my car undriveable. After exchanging information with the other drivers and speaking with the police I called Allstate to figure out how i could get my car towed to my house or an auto body shop. The first time I called they told me everyone was on lunch and I should call back in an hour! I told her I was in an accident and all she said was sorry you should call the police. After explaining to her all I needed was towing service she said I would still need to call back. I tried calling the 1-800 number but they kept saying I didn't have roadside assistance after arguing with him for 15 mins i decided to wait for my rep at allstate. After waiting the hour I called and the same lady tells me that he wont be back till 5 to call then!!!! I had to push my car off to a side street and park and then find a ride home. It wasn't till I was at the emergency getting checked out by a doctor that Gabriel my rep finally returned my call. I was very furious not only bc i spent nearly 4 hrs at the scene of the accident but also I am paying for roadside assistance and IM NOT GETTING ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!! As soon as this mess is over with I'm switching insurance companies.
