- RGRigo GutierrezDec 5, 20253.0Allstate has great customers, but what I don't agree with and am not happy about at all is their payment system. This new method of charging two months upfront, then not charging at the end of the six months, only to charge double again, is ridiculous! Why not offer monthly or annual payment options only? The cruelty of making your customers suffer to make a double payment upfront is not easy for many of us.
