I'm not sure how long I've been with this office in particular, I have been with Allstate for years and it wasn't the worst experience until I was paired with this office. Maybe it has always been the same office and the person now running it is the reason my experience has gone down. I couldn't accurately say. I have been trying to call/ email this office for MONTHS and I mean months. No one ever responds and if you're lucky enough to speak to someone and it requires they call you back, I promise you THIS OFFICE will not call you back. Rose Smith is my agent and she has not been doing her job when it comes to myself and my policy. My prices have increased beyond being reasonable and communication about why is NEVER relayed. If you choose to go with allstate I say avoid this agent at all costs. So many good reviews for this place and I can't find a reason as to why other then the recent reviewers have not been with her long enough to recognize that someone else could do her job better. The only reason I even give her stars is because Allstate isn't a bad company, just this office/ agent
