  Jarod, and Rob, and the rest of the team of agents at Allstate took amazing care of me, they always worked together and helped me every step of the way. Jarod, knew enough about my situation to recognize that I needed more help them most just to cover the basics, he was patient and sympathetic, and extremely professional! I was seriously blown away and never expected what having my own great insurance plan would mean to me! Thank you to Jarod, & his whole team.

  I used to have issues with Allstate but recently I was able to sit down with them and really tell them how I felt and what I needed and now it's like I am always helped right away and I appreciate it so much.

  Horrible with communication and getting ahold of anyone. No updates on accidents or claims you will be doing all the work to get your problems solved. You will have to tell them how to do their job they slack Immensely!!

  Absolutely horrid service after 1/2 my friends house, covered by this office, burned down yesterday evening. It's 2 pm the next day and the first service person only just arrived after the owner had called them themselves.😡 We've been retrieving items to prevent further water damage all day with very poor response from Allstate. I'm glad I'm insured through a competing corporation.
