  George probably is the worst insurance agent you can have in your entire life. Avoid!!! Completely Unprofessional and Unreliable. I’ve been working with this insurance agency for over seven years, purchasing HO6 insurance for all of my condominium investments. Every year, I received reminders about renewals and paid on time without issue. But this year was a complete disaster—and it exposed how careless and unprofessional this agent truly is. Since Allstate pulled out of California, he signed me with a different company. But he failed to send the updated policy to my lender. Because of his negligence, my lender had no choice but to purchase a separate insurance policy on my behalf. Now I’m stuck with two active policies and have to pay for both—through absolutely no fault of my own. To make it worse, the policy my lender got was 70% cheaper than the one this agent sold me! When I called to ask him to cancel the policy he issued (since he didn’t follow through with the basic task of sending it to the lender), he told me to call the company myself. No accountability, no help—just passing the buck. His behavior on the phone is aggressive, rude, and incredibly unprofessional. He constantly interrupts, talks over you, and argues non-stop. You can’t get a word in. It’s exhausting and unacceptable. I will be canceling every remaining policy I have with him. After this experience, I would strongly recommend finding a different agent who actually respects your time, money, and business. What do you mean I sold my policy if I can sold my policy, I will never purchase from you? Is that English?
