  I just got off the phone with Chastady and I cannot tell you enough what a wonderful experience it was. I called her with some frustration about some policy changes that were made with adding a new car to our policy. She was so patient and understanding and waited completely until I was done explaining my issues. She went through each charge and explained them thoroughly. She then asked if I had time to do a policy review To see if she could Lower our insurance expenses. To my surprise, she sure did!! Thank you so much Chastady!!! You are a true gem! I feel so lucky that I know you will always be there if we need help!

  We’ve been loyal Allstate customers for nearly 20 years, and they have always been helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to rising costs in the insurance industry, we had to make the difficult decision to purchase coverage elsewhere. Allstate truly did their best to work with us, and we genuinely appreciate their efforts. I highly recommend this company.
