I originally spoke with Devin who had Carmen do the work. She messed up the name so bad on my policy that caused escrow not to pay. I spoke with Roman Lara multiple times who assured me he would fix things. My policy lapsed & 3 months after buying my house, I am STILL trying to fix the mess. Carmen is indifferent, rude, and absolutely clueless with insurance policies. If you call and leave Roman or Devin a message, they will NEVER call you back. Do NOT come to this agency. I will be going through a new broker to fix this mess.
