I'll get what seems to be a bill and it will say this is not a bill. Later I will something that looks like a bill but will state we will bill you later. I pay my bills as soon as they arrive. I really need just one bill. It's every year the same. When is a bill a bill? The amount of paperwork is just insane. There must be a way to simplify this!
