  I have mainly positive comments about Allstate / your office. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful toward me, and the website is easy to navigate and informative. My only negative is that I have received price increases two years in a row.

  I have had an absolute horrible experience with this insurance company to say the least. Not only did one of the reps completely drop the ball with several clerical and accounting errors but they do not own up to their mistakes, overcharging for a mistake they even admit was theirs. I have requested several times to speak with the manager but keep getting the run around time and time again. This has been the most frustrating encounter I've ever had with any company of any medium and they have completely made me wary and doubt their capabilities to properly insure me, my family, or my property. They have already failed to properly insure my mother as well allowing a competing insurance company to win without so much as an individual trying to help her. I do not feel "In good hands" with this company and its services. There must be a reprimand for so many errors on their end. I will sway all those who are even thinking about joining this company as they. Will. Not. Help You. We will not be usinh All state and neither should anyone else.
