  After we had an accident, Allstate was prompt in helping us get our car repaired without giving us any hassle. The agents were all respectful and helpful in getting this resolved.

  My is experience is not good. When you call into the agencies and have questions, representative will say they are calling you back but you never get a return call. I have had questions regarding my account and no ones seems to know anything i am told they will look into my account and resolve the problem, but problem never gets resolved. I am disappointed with Allstate customer service, it HORRIBLE.
