    We have been dealing with Allstate for the past 15 years as snowbirds. We deal with them mainly thru email to suspend insurance and put in storage and then reinstate full insurance when we arrive back, with a temporary mailing address thrown in. We have never had a problem and everything has always run smoothly. We have a new broker this year as ours retired and the transition went effortlessly. I dealt with Jocelyn who put the wheels in motion and had everything done quickly and efficiently, with a confirmation email received within hours.
