- DRDavid RichardsFeb 24, 20255.0I have been with Allstate for 45 years. I have considered my insurance agent over the years, first Gary, now Leslie, to be a critical member of my financial team. Their job has ben to help me manage the risks that surround us every day (i.e. fire, motorists, floods, accidents, etc.). Gone are the days of neighborhoods showing up to rebuild your barn. Insurance companies have to make money, but I suspect you get what you pay for. What you can't just buy is decade long relationships with an agent that shows any signs of having your best interests at heart. All this is a long winded introduction to Leslie Carpenter-Henley. She is an outstanding insurance agent for me, and I have no doubt that she would be for you also.

Turns out I left with more questions than answers Mayra couldn’t explain certain things or questions I had about my insurance policy which made me feel like I’m being scammed instead of insured. She also couldn’t tell me how much I would be getting charged if I cancel my policy. The only way to find out would be to cancel it and that’s how I would find out. Well that most definitely doesn’t give me any reassurance especially if I already feel like All State is basically scamming me and/or screwing me over.
