They have always provided efficient and friendly customer service for all my insurance issues. I'm 72 years old and she was soooo patient with me which I really appreciate! It seems to me there isn't much customer service in this world anymore BUT not so with Rosanna which I soooo appreciate. She helped me with my landlord and earthquake insurance. She should be promoted and given a raise! Thank Rosanna for all of your assistance!
