  Terrible company. Been with them for years with full coverage on multiple new bmws. Never had a problem with them until an accident happened, I got rear ended by a motorist without insurance. They tried everything they could to not pay for my repairs. Fought for months to get anything done, and they refused to use oem parts on my new car that I had under 2000 miles on it. The staff is clueless, and Gary himself is senile. Look somewhere else because they don't care about you, just your money.
