  Recently, my husband and I wisely decided to transfer our State Farm car and home policies to John Cho, whose office is located in Oceanside. We have been State Farm patrons for about 40 years! During our initial interactions, we found both John, and Sandy Warren, the office manager, to be cordial and supportive as we shared our concerns about our car insurance policy. Sandy proved to be proactive as she followed up in a timely manner to confirm there were no unfavorable issues affecting our policy. She demonstrates a 5 star customer service skill set which includes attentiveness, compassion, patience, and communication. Engaging with Sandy is like conversing with a neighbor, who happens to be a proficient State Farm office manager.

She provided me with available options and suggestions for what to consider so that I can make informed decisions for my protection & risk mitigation.   I've practically had John Cho's State Farm office on speed dial these last few months as I navigated options related to our son getting his driver's license and the various associated options and costs. Every time I call, the phone is promptly answered by a lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful human who seems to recognize me by name instantly. Edwin, Kerrigan, and Sandy have accompanied me on this journey of information gathering, option-exploring, and insurance-securing, and as a result of their guidance, I have added a Vespa (for me!) to our vehicle mix and I'm saving money in the process! Our new driver was added to our policy instantly and seamlessly, and we have received all the documentation we needed straight to our email inbox. In addition to vehicle insurance, we have property insurance through State Farm and they've been such a helpful resource in directing me toward business insurance for my specialized professional offerings. John's fortunate to have such a great team working with him, and we're fortunate to have had them in our corner for both our car insurance needs all these years. I would highly recommend them.
