She has been our go to and now the agent of preference for our 3 adult children as well

We are always greeted with a smile when we go to her office and she is always patient with us over the phone. If she is busy when we call she returns our call by the end of the day or no later than the next day. Angela is also very good about sharing information about any new Allstate products that she thinks would benefit us. We have had a couple of claims during the years and everything was handled so promptly and smoothly that we didn't even have time to start our stressing process. We highly recommend Angela and Allstate. There is nothing like GOOD OLD FASHION CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
