    Switched from Progressive to State Farm and my experience was the greatest experience I’ve had working with insurance. Originally started off with curiosity on insurance rates and I inquired about it online. Then Tyler reached out via text to make sure that I was available to go through the process. Most of the process was completed via text and it was fast and easy., didn’t have to wait on hold to talk to someone. Not only was the experience fast and easy with great customer service, but I was able to get a better rates.
