  Called in and had a few questions as I created a new policy yesterday over the phone with Allstate customer service and didn't know who my agent was. Juan answered the phone and was great even though Greg La Mont was not my registered agent, Juan answered all my questions and was very informed and helpful. After the call I contacted Allstate customer service and requested my agent be switched to Greg La Mont.

  Greg was professional and forthcoming with me from start to finish. He made the entire process simple and easy. He gave me a great rate and peace of mind. No one ever enjoys shopping around for car insurance because you always feel like you’re getting screwed somehow, I didn’t have that feeling with Greg from day one and haven’t had it since. Thanks for all your help Greg!

  ** SCAM ** Customer service is solely a catfish tactic to give off the illusion of coverage. You are better off getting liability for legal purposes and just be really good at shopping outsourced services. EXAMPLE: I had a rock crack my windshield on the highway and so you would think full coverage means full coverage but errrr wrong. I go to get serviced (i was quoted 325$ deductible for the windshield over the phone) I get to the shop and its 456$ ??!!!! I went ahead and shopped on facebook market and found a guy who will do it for 230$. **SCAM** Jose btw super combative over the phone which is super silly of him to do.
