  Called in and had a few questions as I created a new policy yesterday over the phone with Allstate customer service and didn't know who my agent was. Juan answered the phone and was great even though Greg La Mont was not my registered agent, Juan answered all my questions and was very informed and helpful. After the call I contacted Allstate customer service and requested my agent be switched to Greg La Mont.

  Greg was very helpful over the weekend when a rock hit my windshield. Safe flight came out the next day and replaced it in one hour. Great service from the office and I’m grateful my policy had a $0 deductible for the replacement.
