  So far so good. All the other sites are just sites where you go through a lot of questions with no reliable results. They actually list a phone number. I called around 7:14 PM and a real person answered. Neshe was sweet, professional, patient , and very helpful. We actually had a friendly and giggly conversation. She gave me very clear details and an awesome price in a short, but not rushed timeframe. I was just checking, but I know I am now switching to them. They represent multiple carriers and found the best deal.

  Customer service is atrocious. Estimated wait time to contact an agent was 2 minutes. The robot repeated this to me for 30 minutes. Hung up before ever getting through to anyone. The previous time I spoke with an agent their accent was so thick i could hardly understand a word that was said. Bought a new car and had to get an interlock installed, after getting the device installed it killed my battery the next day. In the time it took me to install a new one, maybe 8 or 9 days, the device would no longer allow me to start the car. I was told I had to pay to have it towed, pay to have the device recalibrated, and then I was also charged for a lockout fee of 80 some dollars. Scam artists at work.

  Worst insurance company ever. I hit a deer 6 days ago made a claim that day and still no word from anyone. Been calling claim adjuster his manager and managers manager with zero response. Have full cover insurance and zero help.
