- KWKorwin WithaK5 days ago1.0Customer service is atrocious. Estimated wait time to contact an agent was 2 minutes. The robot repeated this to me for 30 minutes. Hung up before ever getting through to anyone. The previous time I spoke with an agent their accent was so thick i could hardly understand a word that was said. Bought a new car and had to get an interlock installed, after getting the device installed it killed my battery the next day. In the time it took me to install a new one, maybe 8 or 9 days, the device would no longer allow me to start the car. I was told I had to pay to have it towed, pay to have the device recalibrated, and then I was also charged for a lockout fee of 80 some dollars. Scam artists at work.
