- NFNick FreelingFeb 23, 20261.0Last year we switched from a 5k to 10k deductible. They never made the change and then billed us the higher amount. They also have screwed up 2 years in a row and sent us the bill instead of billing our Escrow Account. This phone number takes you to an outbound call center. Hold times are 30 minutes+. For ANY insurance company to agree to lower the price and raise the deductible and then not do it and act like the call never happened (which results in them billing at higher numbers) is completely unhinged for any insurance agency, and then add on top the inability to correctly bill an escrow makes this a total donut of an experience.
