  I have been a customer of ESI for more years than I can remember and they have always been responsive and helpful in all situations that have arisen. Whether it be accident reporting, changing coverage, adding or deleting a vehicle, they have always made the process quick and easy. My most recent experience was correcting estimated mileage on a policy. Since my wife and I have both retired we no longer drive as much and the mileage was grossly overestimated. Lorena was able correct the problem quickly, saving us hundreds of dollars. I am happy to recommend ESI to anyone looking for a car insurance agent.

  Just when you think no insurance company cares? ESI insurance and the great people who provide service to customers is their to surprise! Recent had to purchase a new vehicle for my wife , we have been with ESI for a long while providing us a great competitive rates. The transition of coverage was so easy from her old car to the new , they helped us . Then as the renewal came for both the vehicles we have insured . They really impressed me as they phone my wife to see if they could help with any discounts that we were not receiving? How many other insurance companies do that? We feel that this office is great and would recommend to anyone ! I would give them 5 Star rating!
