They answered all of my questions, allowed me to operate at my pace, and did not pressure me into anything. In the end, it was a no brainer: excellent coverage (same as my previous), with lower premiums, and lower deductibles. The $ typically guides are decisions when it comes to insurance. In my experience, the customer service experience was the added bonus. They've even reached out to me on their own accord, to make sure I was pleased with my Allstate experience. This is definitely a top-notch office.
