We have not needed to make any claims on our home insurance policy, thank goodness, but in January 2025 I inadvertently missed a payment and my policy could have been canceled. In the midst of a chaotic time for Californians and insurance companies with fires raging, Lisa proactively reached out to me to make sure I did not lose my insurance coverage. She previously helped me with other customer service inquiries and was friendly and responsive each time.
